1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions


The present general terms and conditions apply to all purchases or use of services or services as well as all deliveries from When completing a purchase, the customer shows his agreement with these terms and conditions. The scope of these terms and conditions includes all deliveries of products, products and services that the customer via the online shopping portal  from (trendline)  (henceforth called (trendline)). 2. Offer / Prices


All offers from (trendline) are subject to change and non-binding. Price and range changes and errors are reserved. Packshots/ product images may differ in color and design from the original. The prices are binding from the moment the customer places the order. The current prices are on  apparent. The prices are in Swiss francs including VAT. If there is an error in the price, (trendline) reserves the right to make price changes afterwards. In such a case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and can withdraw from the purchase of the product. No liability is assumed for deviating competitive prices or non-binding price recommendations.


3. Order / Delivery / Payment


The contract is concluded with the confirmation of the customer's order after selecting the payment method by invoice, credit card, PayPal or prepayment. Address and creditworthiness checks are carried out before the payment option is selected. Invoice: In consultation with (trendline) it is possible to pay net against invoice within 10 days. Payment in advance: You will receive a confirmation email after sending your order. You can settle the payment via post office, bank, e-banking, as this e-mail contains all the bank details from (trendline). (trendline) will not accept any transfer fees incurred and therefore ask you to take this into account. In order for the payment to be assigned, the order number must be specified as the purpose of payment when making the payment. Depending on the financial institution, it should be noted that posting can take several days. Visa / MasterCard: You can also pay conveniently and securely at (trendline) by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We will send you the order as soon as your payment has been confirmed with us. Your order should be noted on your next credit card statement. If you return your goods, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account. PayPal: You will be directed to PayPal after placing your order and can make your payment from your PayPal account. Please note that in rare cases, external processing errors can occur in payment transactions that we cannot influence. To protect your data, we use a secure transmission method SSL (secure socket layer). Any information is only sent in encrypted form. The customer undertakes to pay in general with the means of payment made available. The company's products remain the property of (trendline) until the purchase price has been paid in full. An order placed by the customer is binding, whereby the customer of (trendline)  a confirmation email is sent to the specified email address. (trendline)  reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer. The customer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the billing and/or delivery address provided. (trendline)  reserves the right to refrain from fulfilling the contract in the event of incorrect information. Products that are not available from stock must be produced first. If a product is no longer manufactured or cannot be delivered, no contract is formed between (trendline) and the customer. A cancellation of the ordered products is only possible after consultation with (trendline)  possible. With the order, the customer confirms that he is of legal age (at least 18 years old) at the time of the order.


4. Delivery (trendline) has a large stock of all products that can be purchased in the online shop. Items that are available from stock are usually packed and shipped the day after the order is placed. The customer will therefore receive the order within 2 to 5 working days. Products that are not available from stock must be produced first. This means that the time of delivery can be delayed. Delays in delivery under no circumstances justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract. Dates and delivery periods are non-binding. The customer must check the goods for completeness immediately upon receipt. Incorrect deliveries must be reported to (trendline) after 5 days at the latest. Otherwise, (trendline) reserves  reserves the right to charge additional products delivered. If (trendline) delivers on account, the delivered products remain the property of (trendline) until they have been paid in full.


5. Order Quantity


In any case, (trendline) reserves the right to limit the delivery quantity for certain products or, if necessary, not to deliver a certain product at all. If there are open invoices from a customer or a customer at the same address, (trendline) reserves the right to refuse orders or to withhold them until the outstanding amount has been paid.


6. Shipping Costs (trendline) sends all deliveries through Swiss Post. Orders are sent by priority mail and are free of charge for the customer.  If the customer refuses to accept a delivery and wants to withdraw from the purchase contract, shipping costs and activities of CHF 20 to CHF 30 will be charged. If a delivery is returned and sent again, additional shipping costs of CHF 10 to CHF 20 will be charged. If the entire delivery is returned and the customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase contract, the customer must still pay CHF 10 to CHF 20 for shipping costs and activities.


7. Returns / Exchanges


If a customer would like to return his delivery, a request must first be made to (trendline) within 14 days at the latest. The period for the request begins on the day the goods arrive at the customer. Returned deliveries or products without the consent of (trendline) can be rejected. With the consent of (trendline)  the customer will be informed in writing or by e-mail. Requirements for the right of return / exchange are: As in a shop, the products may only have been worn carefully to try them on. All products must be returned complete and undamaged. Labels and, if necessary, protective films, which are included in the scope of delivery, must also be returned. Please use professional packaging. Returns must be sent back by registered mail and are at the customer's risk and expense. The post office always issues a receipt that includes a tracking number, which you will need in the event of a package loss. Custom-made products and engraved products cannot be returned and are therefore not subject to the right of return. Specially marked products can also be excluded from the right of return. Proceed as for a new order if you want to exchange an order that you have received.


8. Guarantee


In the event of a warranty claim, the following options are available: replacement, repair or reimbursement. The remuneration is calculated based on the current value of the product, but it never exceeds the value on the day of purchase. If there are no grounds for exclusion such as faulty and improper handling or other damage, warranty services will be provided. The guarantee does not cover elementary damage (damage caused by the effects of nature), moisture damage, fall and impact damage and excessive wear and tear. Wear parts such as bracelets, batteries and the like are excluded from the guarantee. (trendline) informs the customer about repairs, which are not accepted as warranty cases. Repair offers are free of charge for the customer. No repair work will be carried out without the consent of the customer. A warranty exchange or warranty repair is not possible  to extend the original warranty period.


9. Invoicing / Dunning


Invoices are enclosed directly with the delivery of goods. Invoices are to be paid within 10 days without deductions and other discounts. Unauthorized deductions will be charged subsequently. If payment is not made on time, a first reminder will be sent free of charge. A reminder fee of CHF 15 will be charged for the second reminder. If payment is repeatedly not made on time, a debt enforcement notice with default interest of 5% will be issued. If this is not paid within 10 days, our debt collection partner will immediately initiate the operation and this can lead to a downgrade in the address and creditworthiness database.


10. Damage in transit


Any transport damage must be reported to Swiss Post immediately. We accept no responsibility for any transport damage that cannot be documented with a damage report. Transport damage must be reported within 5 days.


11. Privacy (trendline) ensures that customer data that comes to our knowledge in the context of an order is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties. As part of the ordering and delivery process, data may be passed on to partners. The customer can change his personal information under 'My Account'. E-mail addresses can be used for contact, order confirmation and newsletter purposes.


12. Liability


If the customer suffers direct or indirect damage or consequential damage as a result of a product sold by (trendline), (trendline) cannot be held liable for this. In particular, this also excludes damage caused by use, incorrect performance or loss of performance. Under no circumstances shall breach of contract, impossibility of performance, culpa in contrahendo or in the event of tortious acts justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.


13. Governing Law/Jurisdiction


All obligations are subject to Swiss law, subject to different, mandatory places of jurisdiction under federal law. The place of jurisdiction is the Emmental-Oberaargau regional court in Burgdorf.


14. Changes to Terms and Conditions


Should individual provisions or several provisions of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid or later lose their legal validity, this does not affect the legal validity of the remaining terms and conditions. (trendline) reserves the right to adapt these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) at any time and to apply them immediately.

To the extent permitted by law, (trendline) excludes any liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the descriptions and information provided. Liability claims against (trendline) relating to damage or consequential damage of a material or immaterial nature caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded. (trendline) reserves the right to change, supplement or delete individual pages, parts of pages or the entire offer without prior notice or to temporarily or permanently cease publication.

(trendline) assumes no responsibility or liability for the content or websites of third parties. This includes, among other things, the correctness, completeness, quality or topicality of these websites. (trendline) is not liable for the content or websites of third parties or for websites that link to (trendline) or display them in frames.


3. Copyright and trademark law (trendline) endeavors to observe the copyrights of the images, videos and texts used in all publications, to use images, videos and texts it has created itself or to use license-free images, videos and texts. All brands and trademarks mentioned within the offer and/or protected by third parties are subject exclusively to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the property rights of the respective registered owner. The copyright for published objects created by remains solely with Copying or using such images, videos and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the clear consent of (trendline).


4. Privacy


The input of personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, telephone numbers, etc.) takes place on an expressly voluntary basis on the part of the user. The use of published contact data such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses by third parties to send information that has not been expressly requested is not permitted. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the senders of advertising material by post or so-called spam mails in the event of violations of this prohibition.

This exclusion of liability is to be regarded as part of the general terms and conditions of (trendline). Should individual provisions or several provisions of this disclaimer be wholly or partially invalid or subsequently lose their legal validity, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions.
