These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the webshop at www.solarum.ch. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Place Order" button, you submit a binding order. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order in writing or dispatch the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable value-added tax (VAT), if applicable, but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and depend on the delivery address, shipping method, and weight of the shipment.

Payment must be made in full before the goods are shipped. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Delivery
We deliver exclusively to the delivery address you provide within Switzerland. Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping method.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of SOLARUM until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
For customers residing in Switzerland:
You have the right to return the received goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The return must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect.

8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty periods apply. Any defects must be reported to us by email within 5 days of receiving the goods.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is excluded for:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of the order, as published on the website, shall apply.
